甲状腺癌的临床病理特点及细针穿刺活检技术的应用价值

Clinicopathological characteristics of thyroid cancer and the application value of fine-needle aspiration biopsy

目的评价甲状腺癌的临床病理特点及细针穿刺活检技术的应用价值。方法病例收集时间为2019年8月~2021年7月,选择来我院就诊的甲状腺癌患者为调查主体,统计出42例择期采取外科手术治疗,术前对患者行超声引导下细针穿刺活检,术后选择病理组织切片检查,对比分析两种检查方式的临床诊断结果。结果术前细针穿刺活检的最终检出率为92.86%(39/42),术后病理组织切片检查的检出率为100.00%,两组结果对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床诊断甲状腺癌采取细针穿刺活检的检出率高,临床可依据甲状腺癌的临床病理特点尽早判断疑似病例,对优化疗效和保障患者的健康安全具有重要意义。

Objective To evaluate the clinicopathological characteristics of thyroid cancer and the application value of fine-needle aspiration biopsy.Methods The collection of cases was from August 2019 to July 2021.Patients with thyroid cancer who came to our hospital were selected as the main body of the survey.42 cases of elective surgical treatment were counted.The patients were subjected to ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration before surgery.After biopsy,pathological tissue biopsy was selected after operation,and the clinical diagnosis results of the two inspection methods were compared and analyzed.Results The final detection rate of preoperative fine needle aspiration biopsy was 92.86%(39/42),and the detection rate of postoperative pathological tissue biopsy was 100.00%.There was no statistically significant difference between the results of the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The detection rate of fine-needle aspiration biopsy for clinical diagnosis of thyroid cancer is high,and suspected cases can be judged as soon as possible based on the clinicopathological characteristics of thyroid cancer,which is of great significance for optimizing the efficacy and ensuring the health and safety of patients.
