通气散合泽泻汤加减治疗分泌性中耳炎的有效性及临床价值研究

Study on the Effectiveness and Clinical Value of Tongqi Powder and Zexie Decoction in Treating Secretory Otitis Media

目的分析通气散合泽泻汤加减治疗分泌性中耳炎的有效性。方法样本取自2020年7月~2021年6月本院收治78例分泌性中耳炎患者,依据治疗方案不同分为对比组(常规治疗)、研究组(通气散合泽泻汤加减治疗),单组例数39,观察评估临床效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率97.44%明显较对比组82.06%更高(P<0.05);治疗前,两组纯音气导听阈、气骨导差比较均无差异(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组纯音气导听阈、气骨导差均较对比组更高(P<0.05)。结论针对分泌性中耳炎患者,采用通气散合泽泻汤加减治疗,有助提升治疗效果,更好改善听力。

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of Tongqi Powder and Alisma Decoction in the treatment of secretory otitis media.Methods Samples were taken from 78 patients with secretory otitis media admitted to our hospital from July 2020 to June 2021.According to different treatment plans,they were divided into a comparison group(conventional treatment)and a study group(Tongqi San and Alisma Decoction plus or minus treatment).The number of cases in a single group is 39.Observe and evaluate the clinical effect.Results The total effective rate of 97.44%of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group 82.06%(P<0.05);before treatment,there was no difference in pure tone air conduction hearing threshold and air-bone conduction difference between the two groups(P>0.05),after treatment The pure tone air conduction hearing threshold and air-bone conduction difference in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with secretory otitis media,the use of Tongqi San and Alisma Decoction can help improve the therapeutic effect and improve hearing better.
