银翘散加减治疗急性上呼吸道感染疗效观察

Effect of silver warping scattered addition and subtraction in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection

目的研究银翘散加减治疗急性上呼吸道感染疗效。方法选取我院2020年1月-2020年12月收治的80例急性上呼吸道感染患者,采用随机数字法将其分为实验组与对照组,对照组采用常规西药治疗,实验组在对照组基础上增加我院制备银芦感冒口服液进行治疗,该药物主要组成与银翘散相同,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果实验组治疗效果显著优于对照组,各项症状恢复时间短于对照组,并且用药后不良反应发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论采用银芦感冒口服液(银翘散)对患有急性上呼吸道感染患者进行治疗,患者的流涕、鼻塞以及咽喉肿痛等症状得到显著缓解,并且能够提高患者的治疗效果,有效缩短患者的恢复时间。

Objective The efficacy of silver warping scattered addition and subtraction in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection was studied.Method Eighty patients of acute upper respiratory tract infection admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected,and they were divided into experimental and control groups by randomized digital method,The control group used conventional western medicine treatment,and the experimental group increased the oral solution of our hospital on the basis of the control group.The main composition of the drug was the same as that of silver warping distribution,The clinical treatment effect of the patients was compared between the two groups.Results The experimental group was significantly better than the control group,The recovery time was shorter than the control group and the incidence of adverse reactions after medication was lower than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection were treated with silver reed cold oral solution(silver warping dispersion),and their runny nose,stuffy nose and sore throat were significantly relieved,And can improve the treatment effect of patients,effectively shorten the recovery time of patients.
