鼻内镜下鼻腔多形性腺瘤伴鼻息肉切除术一例

A case of nasal endoscopic pleomorphic adenoma with nasal polypectomy

多形性腺瘤最常见于大涎腺,小涎腺多形性腺瘤较少见,其常见的部位是上颚、咽喉部和气管,很少发生在鼻中隔和鼻腔。现报道一例合并鼻腔多形性腺瘤和鼻息肉的手术患者。

Pleomorphic adenomas are most common in the major salivary glands,while pleomorphic adenomas of the minor salivary glands are less common.The common sites are the upper jaw,throat and trachea,and rarely occur in the nasal septum and nasal cavity.A case of surgical patient with pleomorphic adenoma of the nasal cavity and nasal polyps is reported.
