布地奈德混悬液治疗儿童急性喉炎的疗效观察及护理

Curative effect observation and nursing of budesonide suspension in the treatment of acute laryngitis in children

目的探究布地奈德混悬液治疗儿童急性喉炎的疗效并观察应用优质护理给患儿带来的影响。方法对2020年4月~2022年4月期间在本院治疗儿童急性喉炎的70例患儿进行回顾研究,全部使用布地奈德混悬液作雾化吸入治疗,将采用常规护理、优质护理的各35例患儿分别设为对照组、研究组。对比两组的症状消失时间、住院时间、临床疗效以及干预前后的TNF-α、CRP、IL-6水平。结果研究组症状消失时间、住院时间均比对照组短(P<0.05)。研究组临床疗效(97.14%)比对照组(77.14%)高(P<0.05)。在干预前进行检测,两组的TNF-α、CRP、IL-6相近(P>0.05);干预后再次检测,研究组的TNF-α、CRP、IL-6比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德混悬液治疗儿童急性喉炎疗效较为显著,给予护理干预则能进一步提高疗效并加快患儿康复速度,促进炎症减轻。

Objective To explore the efficacy of budesonide suspension in the treatment of acute laryngitis in children and to observe the effect of high-quality nursing on children.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 70 children with acute laryngitis in our hospital from April 2020 to April 2022.All of them were treated with budesonide suspension for atomization inhalation.35 children in each nursing group were set as the control group and the study group.The symptom disappearance time,hospital stay,clinical efficacy and the levels of TNF-α,CRP and IL-6 before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The symptom disappearance time and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the study group(97.14%)was higher than that of the control group(77.14%)(P<0.05).Measured before the intervention,the TNF-α,CRP,and IL-6 of the two groups were similar(P>0.05);after the intervention,the TNF-α,CRP,and IL-6 of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide suspension has significant curative effect in the treatment of acute laryngitis in children,and nursing intervention can further improve the curative effect,speed up the recovery of children,and promote the reduction of inflammation.
