耳穴贴压中医护理技术在耳鸣患者中的应用探究

Application of TCM nursing technology in tinnitus patients

目的研究以耳穴贴压为主要方式的中医护理技术在耳鸣患者中的应用效果。方法使用随机数字表法,选取我院2018年9月~2021年9月收治的耳鸣患者60例作为研究对象,将其分为两组,对照组与观察组各30例。为对照组提供常规西药治疗(甲钴胺片);观察组在常规治疗中增加耳穴贴压护理,对比两组患者治疗效果、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)。结果观察组临床治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组PIQI分值低于对照组(P<0.05),统计学意义显著。结论对耳鸣患者常规治疗后,增加使用耳穴贴压,能够提高临床治疗有效率,并改善患者睡眠质量。鉴于耳穴贴压中医护理产生的效果较为明显,相关人员应对其进行推广。

Objective To study the application of TCM nursing technique with ear acupoint in tinnitus.Methods Using randomized digital table,60 tinnitus patients admitted in September 2018 in September 2021~were selected as subjects and they were divided into two groups,30 each in control and observation group.Routine western medicine treatment was provided for the control group(cobalamin tablets);the observation group increased the treatment effect and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI).Results Observation group clinical treatment was more efficient than control group(P<0.05);observation group PIQI score was lower than control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion After routine treatment of tinnitus patients,the use of ear acupoint can improve clinical treatment efficiency and improve sleep quality of patients.In view of the effect of ear acupoint tenderness and TCM nursing is more obvious,the relevant personnel should promote it.
