系统护理干预措施对良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)患者的影响

Effects of systemic care interventions on patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(BPPV)

目的探讨系统护理干预措施对良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)患者的影响。方法将60例于2020年3月-2021年3月期间我院收治的BPPV患者纳入研究,并以等量电脑随机法均分成A、B两组。予以A组常规护理干预,B组系统护理干预,并对比干预效果。结果B组康复效果、生活质量评分及护理满意度均高于A组,疾病复发率低于A组,对比均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论系统护理干预BPPV的效果较好,可进一步提升患者康复效果及生活质量,同时降低疾病复发概率,赢得患者的高度认可。

Objective To investigate the effect of systematic nursing interventions on patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(BPPV).Methods Sixty patients with BPPV who were admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were included in the study,and were divided into two groups A and B by equal computer randomization.Give routine nursing intervention in group A and systematic nursing intervention in group B,and compare the effect of intervention.Results The rehabilitation effect,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction of group B were higher than those of group A,and the disease recurrence rate was lower than that of group A.The comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of systematic nursing intervention for BPPV is good,which can further improve the rehabilitation effect and quality of life of patients,while reducing the probability of disease recurrence,and win the high recognition of patients.
