综合护理干预对老年糖尿病患者睡眠障碍的影响分析

Analysis of the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on sleep disorders in elderly diabetic patients

目的探析老年糖尿病患者采纳综合护理干预的运用效果及对睡眠障碍的影响。方法筛取2020年3月8日~2021年11月8日本院收治86例患者,将所有患者按随机分配法分成2组,对常规组43例患者采取常规护理,对观察组43例患者采取综合护理,分析评估两组睡眠质量、SAS与SDS评分。结果观察组护理后SAS评分(42.39±1.66)与SDS评分(40.88±4.41)显著比常规组低,组间数值对比(P<0.05);同时观察组护理后睡眠质量评分(7.11±1.02)分明显比常规组优,组间数值对比(P<0.05)。结论采取综合护理措施,不仅能显著提升其睡眠质量,同时还能缓解其不良的心理状态,临床应用价值显著。

Purpose To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in elderly diabetic patients and its impact on sleep disorders.Methods A total of 86 patients were selected from the Japanese hospital from March 8,2020 to November 8,2021.All patients were divided into 2 groups according to random allocation.43 patients in the routine group were treated with routine care,and 43 patients in the observation group were treated with routine care.Comprehensive nursing was adopted to analyze and evaluate the sleep quality,SAS and SDS scores of the two groups.Results The SAS score(42.39±1.66)and SDS score(40.88±4.41)of the observation group after nursing were significantly lower than those of the conventional group,and the numerical comparison between the groups(P<0.05);while the observation group’s sleep quality score after nursing(7.11±1.02)The score was significantly better than the conventional group,and the numerical comparison between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Taking comprehensive nursing measures can not only significantly improve their sleep quality,but also relieve their bad mental state,and the clinical application value is significant.
