个性化护理对上呼吸道感染患者护理质量的改善作用研究

Study on the effect of personalized nursing on improving the quality of care for patients with upper respiratory tract infection

目的分析上呼吸道感染患者采用个体化护理的价值。方法筛选2020年2月~2021年6月入本院治疗的上呼吸道感染患者70例作为研究对象,并按“随机抽样法”分2组(每组35例),对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用个体化护理,对比2组护理效果、护理质量。结果观察组诊疗依从性高于对照组,SDS评分、SAS评分、临床症状缓解及住院时间低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组4个维度护理质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经个体化护理后上呼吸道感染患者病情明显缓解,可在改善患者负面情绪的同时,提高整体护理质量,避免其他因素对预后效果影响,值得借鉴。

Objective To analyze the value of individualized care for patients with upper respiratory tract infection.Method Screen 70 patients with upper respiratory tract infection who were admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to June 2021 as the research objects,and divided them into 2 groups(35 cases in each group)according to the“random sampling method”.The control group received routine nursing care.The observation group adopts individualized nursing,and compares the nursing effect and nursing quality of the two groups.Results The observation group’s compliance with diagnosis and treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the SDS score,SAS score,clinical symptom relief and hospitalization time were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the observation group had higher quality of care in 4 dimensions than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After individualized nursing,the condition of upper respiratory tract infection patients is significantly relieved,which can improve the overall quality of care while improving the negative emotions of the patients,and avoid the influence of other factors on the prognosis.It is worth learning.
