摘要 磁各向异性是无取向电工钢的重要特性,其对电机磁路的分析和设计有着重要的参考意义。用单片磁导计测试了与轧向成不同方向的单片试样的磁性能,对B_(m)=1.0 T下的铁损进行了分析。结果表明:200 A/m以下的低场下不同方向的试样磁感差异明显,轧向试样磁感最低;而200 A/m以上高场下不同方向的试样磁感差异较小,60°试样磁感最低。一定频率下,磁感越高铁损各向异性越显著;而不同频率下,不同角度试样的铁损分布特点也不相同:200 Hz及以下频率,60°试样铁损最高,主要受磁滞损耗的影响;而400 Hz及以上频率,90°试样铁损最高,主要受反常损耗的影响。 Anisotropy is an important phenomenon for non oriented electrical steel,which should be taken into account by the analysts and designers of magnetic circuits in electrical machine.In this paper,the measurements of magnetic properties were performed with an single-sheet tester on sample strips cut at different angels with the rolling direction,then the loss of the samples under B_(m)=1.0 T was separated.The results show that the magnetic induction difference of the samples with different angels is pronounced,the magnetic induction of the sample with rolling direction is lowest under the magnetic field lower than 200 A/m.However,the magnetic induction difference of that is not pronounced,the magnetic induction of the sample with 60°direction is lowest when the magnetic field higher than 200 A/m.The anisotropy of loss is more pronounced as the magnetic induction increased.The loss distribution characters of samples with different angels is different under different frequencies:the loss of sample with 60°direction is highest under the frequency≤200 Hz which is mainly affected by Hysteresis loss,however the loss of sample with 90°direction is highest under the frequency≥400 Hz which is mainly affected by excess loss.
