橡胶材料在电抗器中的隔振性能研究

摘要 特高压直流输电设备中电抗器在运行时不可避免地会产生振动,长期运行产生的振动容易造成噪声污染甚至设备损坏的安全事故。目前采用阻尼材料对电抗器振动隔离研究较为匮乏,而橡胶材料具有良好的阻尼性能,被广泛用于动载环境下的汽车、航天、电力等行业的振动吸收与隔离。以某特高压输电设备中的电抗器为试验对象,结合理论隔振模型,研究三种橡胶材料在电抗器振源与设备之间振动传输的隔振性能;采用非接触测振仪对振动进行测量,振动试验结果表明一款软木橡胶的隔振综合性能较好。 The reactor in the HVDC transmission equipment will inevitably produce vibration during operation.The vibration generated by long-term operation can easily cause noise pollution and even equipment damage.At present,research on vibration isolation of reactors using damping materials is relatively scarce,while rubber materials have good damping properties and are widely used in vibration absorption and isolation in industries such as vehicles,aerospace,and electric power under dynamic load environments.For this reason,this paper takes the reactor in a certain HVDC power transmission equipment as the test object,and combines the theoretical vibration isolation model to study the vibration isolation performance of three kinds of rubber materials between the vibration source of the reactor and the equipment.The vibration is measured by the non-contact vibration meter,The results of the vibration test show that a cork rubber has a better overall vibration isolation performance.
