摘要
受雅砻江、金沙江中游梯级水库调蓄和新建水库影响,金沙江下游梯级水库蓄水期间来水和防洪库容释放形势均发生改变。为探究新形势下金沙江下游梯级水库来水特性变化,确保梯级水库完成年度蓄水任务,充分发挥梯级水库综合效益,以2021年金沙江下游梯级水库蓄水实践为基础,对两河口水库、白鹤滩水库建成后金沙江下游梯级的来水情况及蓄水策略进行分析。结果表明:金沙江下游梯级水库分时段蓄水策略不满足新形势下防洪安全及综合效益发挥的要求。提出了蓄水期间整体调度梯级水库、均匀释放防洪库容等措施。研究成果可为后期调度提供参考。
Influenced by the regulation and storage of the cascade reservoirs in the middle reaches of Jinsha River, the Yalong River and the newly constructed reservoirs, the situation of inflow and flood control storage capacity release during the storage of the cascade reservoirs in the lower Jinsha River have changed.To explore the changes of the inflow characteristics of the cascade reservoirs in the lower reaches of the Jinsha River under the new situation, ensure that the cascade reservoirs complete the annual water storage tasks, and make full use of the comprehensive benefits of the cascade reservoirs, on the basis of the water storage practices of the cascade reservoirs in the lower reaches of Jinsha River in 2021,the inflow situation and storage strategy of the cascade reservoirs in the lower reaches of Jinsha River after the completion of Lianghekou Reservoir and Baihetan Reservoir were analyzed.The results showed that the staged storage strategy of the cascade reservoirs in the lower reaches of Jinsha River did not meet the requirement of flood control safety and comprehensive benefits under the new situation.It was proposed that the cascade reservoirs should be dispatched as a whole during the storage period and the measures such as uniform release of flood control storage capacity was put forward.
