向家坝水库航运智能预警策略研究

摘要 为保证向家坝水电站下游水位平稳过渡,保障下游航运安全,分析了向家坝下游水位影响因素,确定了向家坝水电站水位和流量方面的约束条件。据此对水位和流量进行一系列逻辑判断,提出了1套向家坝航运智能预警策略。该策略可作为智能化水库调度的重要组成部分,以确保水库调度的安全性、精准性和可靠性。 In order to help dispatchers to take control measures in advance, ensure the smooth transition of the downstream water level of Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station and ensure the safety of downstream shipping, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the downstream water level of Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station, and determines the water level and flow constraints.According to the constraints, this paper makes a series of logical judgments on the water level and flow, and proposes a set of intelligent early warning strategies for Xiangjiaba reservoir shipping.This strategy can be used as an important part of intelligent reservoir dispatching, which can not only ensure the safety and accuracy of reservoir dispatching, but also improve the reliability of reservoir dispatching, and help dispatchers to achieve lean dispatching.
