摘要
为解决流域梯级水电站集控中心监控系统报警信号繁多、报警信号指示不明确、无效报警、报警信号描述过长等报警智能化方面的问题,通过优化报警及事件信号等级划分、合理选择报警形式、制定虚拟报警计算策略及提供应急处置步骤等,设计了一套智能的监控系统报警功能。该智能报警设计在金沙江流域乌东德-白鹤滩梯级水电站昆明集控中心的应用效果良好,提高了值班人员调度、监视、控制电站设备的工作效率。研究成果可为流域水电站集控中心智能报警建设提供借鉴。
In order to solve the intelligent alarm problems of complicated alarm signal, unclear alarm signal indication, invalid alarm and lengthy description of alarm signal for centralized control center monitoring system of cascade hydropower stations, a set of intelligent monitoring and alarm system is designed by optimizing alarm grade division, reasonable selection of alarm form, design of virtual alarm calculation strategy and emergency response strategy push and so on.This intelligent alarm system has been applied in Kunming centralized control center of Wudongde-Baihetan Cascade Hydropower Station in Jinsha River Basin with good effect, and improve the efficiency of operators of Kunming centralized control center in dispatching, monitoring and controls for power station equipment.This research result can provide a reference for intelligent alarm construction of hydropower station monitoring system.
