摘要 环境问题尤其是空气污染,严重影响人们的生活。空气污染物的分析检测技术在环境监测管理以及个人家庭生活中发挥重要作用。微流控芯片具有微型化、低成本、易于集成及可即时检测等优势,在空气检测中发挥重要作用。本文介绍了微流控芯片的工作原理及优点等基本情况,着重讨论了微流控芯片在甲醛、含氮气体、挥发性有机物以及烟雾等有害气体检测方面的应用和发展前景,并提出了其在空气检测分析中存在的问题及发展趋势。 Environmental problems are closely related to people's life,especially air pollution,which seriously affects people's life.The analysis and detection technology of air pollutants plays an important role in environmental monitoring and management as well as personal family life.Microfluidic chip has the advantages of miniaturization,low cost,easy integration and on-site detection results,so it plays an important role in harmful gas detection.Based on the basic situation and the advantages of microfluidic chip technology,a variety of detection methods of microfluidic chip,gas concentration pretreatment,system integration and other aspects are summarized in this paper,The application and development prospect of the microfluidic chip in the analysis and detection of harmful gases such as formaldehyde,nitrogen gas,volatile organic compounds and smoke are emphatic discussed.Finally,the existing problems in the analysis of air pollutants and the future development trend are presented.
