热氯化法生产四氯乙烯去除腈化物工艺研究

摘要 为去除热氯化法生产四氯乙烯中副产物三氯丙烯腈杂质,以腈基可在碱液中水解、四氯乙烯在碱液中不反应或者基本不反应的原理,研究一种去除三氯丙烯腈的方法。结果表明,采用间歇性反应方式,控制搅拌釜转速80 r/min、反应温度90℃、氢氧化钠溶液的质量分数5%~6%,反应后可使四氯乙烯粗产品中三氯丙烯腈去除率达到99%。使用该方法能有效去除三氯丙烯腈杂质,且无影响四氯乙烯产品的新杂质产生,对类似工况具有一定的推广意义。 In order to remove the by-product trichloroacrylonitrile impurity in the production of tetrachloroethylene by thermal chlorination, a method for removing trichloroacrylonitrile was studied based on the principle that nitrile group can be hydrolyzed in alkaline solution and tetrachloroethylene does not react or basically does not react in alkaline solution. The results show that the removal rate of trichloroacrylonitrile in the crude product of tetrachloroethylene can reach 99% by intermittent reaction, controlling the stirring speed of 80 r/min, the reaction temperature of 90 ℃ and the mass fraction of sodium hydroxide solution of 5%~6%. This method can effectively remove the impurity of trichloroacrylonitrile without affecting the generation of new impurities in tetrachloroethylene products, which has certain popularization significance for similar working conditions.
