摘要
针对某焚烧高含氯废弃物焚烧炉的烟气处理系统烟气中的氯化氢气体的吸收问题,在焚烧炉正常、稳定运行过程中,对4级吸收系统在相同间隔时间段的采集盐酸含量,并结合控制室DCS的数据进行分析。结果表明,在保证尾气达标排放的前提下,一级、二级、三级吸收塔的盐酸质量分数最高分别可达到26.5%、25.0%、15.5%。该方法对以后的工程设计及运行具有重要的参考价值。
In view of the absorption of hydrogen chloride gas in the flue gas treatment system of a high-chlorine-containing waste incinerator, the hydrochloric acid content collected by the fourth-stage absorption system at the same interval during the normal and stable operation of the incinerator was analyzed in combination with the DCS data of the control room. The results show that the hydrochloric acid mass fraction of primary, secondary and tertiary absorption towers can reach 26.5%, 25.0% and 15.5%, respectively,on the premise of ensuring the tail gas emission up to standard. This method has important reference value for the future engineering design and operation.
