摘要
采用固上法与液上法分别测定聚氯乙烯(PVC)树脂中残留的氯乙烯(VCM)单体含量,并利用SPSS20统计分析2种检测方法的差异显著性;针对PVC树脂及其片材制品检测结果不一致的原因进行了探究。结果表明,液上法比固上法检测结果偏高,但固上法精确度更好,两者具有明显的显著性差异。PVC树脂与对应片材残留VCM检测数据两者具有中等相关性,造成其检测结果不一致的原因主要来自加工助剂,其中脱模剂硬脂酸钙影响最大,外润滑剂聚乙烯蜡次之。
The content of residual vinyl chloride monomer(VCM) in polyvinyl chloride(PVC) resin was determined by solid-up method and liquid-up method respectively, and the difference between the two detection methods was statistically analyzed by SPSS20. The reasons for the inconsistent test results of PVC resin and its sheet products were explored. The results show that the liquid method is higher than the solid method, but the solid method is more accurate, and the two have obvious significant differences. There is a moderate correlation between the detection data of PVC resin and the residual VCM of the corresponding sheet. The reason for the inconsistency of the detection results is mainly from the processing aids, among which the demoulding agent calcium stearate has the greatest influence, followed by the external lubricant polyethylene wax.
