连续重整预加氢反应器压降大的解决措施

摘要 分析了连续重整装置预加氢反应器压降高的原因,针对预加氢加热炉炉管多年未进行爆破吹扫、原料中的机械杂质的带入、装置波动导致系统内存留的杂质的带入等问题提出了解决措施,对预加氢加热炉炉管进行爆破吹扫、进料线上增设原料过滤器、加强原料管控、加强职工培训,严格工艺纪律,提升设备管理水平及优化紧急状态下的预加氢系统操作等。实际运行结果表明,收效明显,自2017年大修以来,预加氢反应器初始压降约0.111 MPa,且保持稳定,彻底解决了大修期内的压降快速上涨导致装置停工撇头的难题。 The reasons for the high pressure drop of the pre-hydrogenation reactor in the continuous reforming unit were analyzed.Aiming at the problems of the pre-hydrogenation heating furnace tube without blasting purge for many years, the introduction of mechanical impurities in the raw materials, and the introduction of impurities left in the system memory caused by the fluctuation of the unit, the solutions were put forward. The pre-hydrogenation heating furnace tube was subjected to blasting purge, the raw material filter was added to the feed line, the raw material control was strengthened, the staff training was strengthened, the process discipline was strict, the equipment management level was improved, and the pre-hydrogenation system operation under the emergency state was optimized. The actual operation results show that the effect is obvious. Since the overhaul in 2017, the initial pressure drop of the pre-hydrogenation reactor has been about 0.111 MPa and has remained stable, completely solving the problem that the rapid increase in pressure drop during the overhaul period leads to the shutdown of the unit.
