摘要 建立农耕土壤中4种农药残留(除虫菊素Ⅰ、除虫菊素Ⅱ、肟菌酯和联苯肼酯)的固相萃取-气相色谱质谱法测定的分析方法。除虫菊素Ⅰ、除虫菊素Ⅱ、肟菌酯和联苯肼酯在0.01~5.0μg·mL^(-1)质量浓度范围内有着良好的线性关系,检出限均在0.0014~0.0036mg·kg^(-1)范围内,平均加标回收率在86.8%~102.2%之间,精密度测试结果(RSD)均小于5%(n=6)。该方法前处理操作简单、快速,定性定量准确,可用于农耕土壤中农药残留的批量分析。 A method for the determination of four pesticide residues(pyrethrinⅠ,pyrethrinⅡ,oxime ester and biphenyl hydrazide)in agricultural soil by solid phase extraction gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established.There is a good linear relationship in the mass concentration range of 0.01~5.0μg·mL^(-1),the detection limits are in the range of 0.0014~0.0036mg·kg^(-1),the average recovery is 86.8%~102.2%,and the precision test results(RSD)are less than 5%(n=6).The pretreatment operation of this method is simple,rapid,quantitative and accurate,and can be used for the batch analysis of pesticide residues in agricultural soil.
