基于DSR动态剪切流变仪的SBS改性生物沥青高温性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 现阶段生物沥青技术日益受到关注,木屑生物油虽能改善沥青低温性能,但会对其高温性能产生不利影响。因此,文章首先将质量分数为12%的木屑生物油(SA)与50#基质沥青混合,制备木屑生物沥青(50#-12%-SA);然后在50#-12%-SA中添加SBS改性剂,获取SBS改性木屑生物沥青(50#-12%-SBS/SA);最后采用动态剪切流变仪DSR对沥青样品进行温度扫描、频率扫描、以及多重应力蠕变测试,并基于Sigmoidal模型及Arrhenius公式获取复数剪切模量和相位角主曲线,评价SBS改性生物沥青的高温性能。结果表明:在相同条件下,加入木屑生物油会对基质沥青的高温性能产生负面影响,但在木屑生物沥青中添加SBS改性剂则会显著改善其高温抗变形能力。 At this stage, bio-asphalt technology has received increasing attention. Although sawdust bio-oil can improve the low-temperature performance of asphalt, it will adversely affect its high-temperature performance. In this study, 50# asphalt was used as the base asphalt, and the sawdust bio-oil(SA) with a mass fraction of 12% was mixed with asphalt to prepare sawdust bioasphalt(50#-12%-SA). SBS was further used to modify 50#-12%-SA to obtain SBS modified sawdust bio asphalt(50-12%-SBS/SA). Dynamic Shear Rheometer(DSR) was used to conduct temperature scanning, frequency scanning and multiple stress creep tests on the asphalt samples. Based on the Sigmoidal model and the Arrhenius formula, the complex modulus and phase angle master curves were obtained to evaluate the high temperature performance of SBS modified bio-asphalt. The results show that under the same conditions, the addition of sawdust bio-oil will have an adverse effect on the high temperature performance of the base asphalt, while the addition of SBS modifier in sawdust bio-asphalt will significantly improve the high temperature deformation resistance of the asphalt.
