摘要
为提高行车过程中的舒适性,减少废旧轮胎带来的环境污染,文章在双层碎石封层中添加橡胶颗粒,采用室内车辙试验、扫刷及浸水扫刷试验、低温黏附性试验,通过观察车辙试验后的泛油情况及车辙深度,评价其高温性能;选用碎石的自然脱落率、扫刷脱落率以及低温脱落率评价碎石封层黏附性。结果表明:当添加橡胶颗粒为16目,用量为1%~1.5%时,以干拌法和湿法成型工艺分别制作试件并对比脱落率,发现干拌法成型工艺黏附性较好,建议在现场铺筑时采用干拌法。
In order to improve the comfort during driving and reduce the environmental pollution caused by waste tires, this paper adds rubber particles to the double-layer chip seal, and designs the indoor rutting test, sweeping and immersion sweeping test,and low-temperature adhesion test. Then, the high temperature performance was evaluated by observing the oil flooding condition and rutting depth after the rutting test. The natural shedding rate, brush shedding rate and low temperature shedding rate of crushed stone were used to evaluate the adhesion of the chip seal. The results show that when the rubber particles are 16 mesh and the dosage is 1%~1.5%, the road performance is better. In addition, the dry and wet forming processes were used to make specimens to compare the shedding rate, and it was found that the dry mixing process had better adhesion. It is suggested that the dry mixing method should be used in the field paving.
