为推动路桥交通工程施工有序开展,文章结合路桥交通工程施工经验,分析了路桥交通工程施工管理的影响因素,如材料设备因素、施工环境因素、人员因素、成本因素、安全因素、技术因素等,并基于路桥交通工程施工管理中在材料设备管理、过渡段施工、管理意识、采购管理、监管、技术应用等方面的不足之处,提出加强材料设备管理、加强施工现场管理、提高人员素质、加强成本管理、制定科学的管理计划、构建完善的技术体系等管理策略,以期为同类工程提供借鉴。

In order to promote the orderly development of Luqiao District Transport Engineering construction, the paper analyzes the influencing factors of Luqiao District Transport Engineering construction management based on its construction experiences, such as material and equipment factors, construction environment factors, personnel factors, cost factors, safety factors, technical factors,etc. Based on the analysis of deficiencies in material and equipment management, transitional section construction, management awareness, procurement management, supervision, technology and other aspects of Luqiao District transport engineering construction management, corresponding management strategies are proposed. Management strategies include strengthening material and equipment management and construction site management, improving personnel quality, strengthening cost management, formulating scientific management plans, and building a complete technical system.
