路用钢渣集料特性研究

摘要 为促进钢渣材料在内蒙古地区道路交通领域的推广应用,通过系统调查现有的钢渣材料生产工艺,明确了内蒙古地区钢渣的生产工艺,系统测试分析了内蒙古地区钢渣材料的基本特性。结果表明:内蒙古地区钢渣主要采用热闷和热泼两种工艺进行处理;钢渣集料的表观相对密度、压碎值、粉尘(泥)含量等路用性能指标较为突出;游离氧化钙含量、pH值、孔隙特性以及浸水膨胀率符合规范要求。综合研究结果显示,内蒙古地区钢渣具有较好的工作性能和应用前景。 In order to promote the popularization and application of steel slag materials in the field of traffic in Inner Mongolia,the production process of steel slag in Inner Mongolia was clarified by systematically investigating the existing steel slag production processes, and the basic characteristics of steel slag materials in this region were systematically tested and analyzed. The results show that the steel slag in Inner Mongolia is mainly treated by two processes: hot stuffing and hot splashing. The apparent relative density,crushing value, dust(mud) content and other road performance indicators of steel slag aggregate are more prominent. The free calcium oxide content, p H value, pore characteristics, and water swelling rate meet the specification requirements. The research results show that the steel slag in Inner Mongolia has good working performance and application prospects.
