PunkFiction:A Keyword in Critical Theory

朋克小说是西方当代文学最重要的文类之一。20世纪末兴起的朋克文化在与网络、蒸汽、基因和古代丝绸技术文化结合后分别产生了赛博、蒸汽、生物和丝绸朋克推想小说。本文在对这四种主要朋克小说文类生成与转换的历史梳理基础上,研究了它们各自的文类特征,并对朋克小说的技术推想小说的本质和当代技术神话特征进行了初步探讨。对朋克小说的相关研究已成为更为宏大的技术批评理论的重要组成部分,在对当代技术及技术文化的批评与反思中焕发出勃勃生机。

Punk fiction is one of the most important subgenres of contemporary western science fiction.Cyberpunk,steampunk,biopunk and silkpunk speculative fictions are the outcomes of the integration of punk culture of late 20th century and technoculture defined by cyber,steam,biology and silk technologies.The thesis probes historically into the generic formation and transformation of the above-mentioned four punk fictions and their respective genre features and technological speculative nature as modern technological myths.Studies to punk fictions as a significant part of the"technocriticism"have gained lasting vitality in criticizing and introspecting the contemporary technology and its technoculture.
