摘要
近年来随着科学技术的进步和社会的发展,网络购物的普及率得到了极大的提高。网络购物的普及为农产品的流通和销售提供了广阔的空间,促进了中国新农村的发展。尽管农村电商蓬勃发展,但仍处于起步阶段,存在着物流配送体系不完善,以及选址位置不便等诸多问题。其中,物流节点的选择是制约农村电子商务发展的重要因素。因此,应该推广所有物流企业一起集中选址、共建仓储、配送的物流模式,促进农村电子商务的发展。通过计算机模拟物流配送,促进农村物流仓储和配送资源的整合。文章研究了农村快递选址的情况,基于PSO优化混合RVM模型的贸易预测方法对农村快递农村物流节点选址进行评价,并针对相关问题,构建一种新的农村快递运作模式。
With the progress of science and technology and the development of society,the popularity of online shopping has been greatly improved.The popularity of online shopping has provided a broad space for the circulation and sales of agricultural products,and promoted the development of China,s new countryside.Despite the vigorous development of rural e-commerce,it is still in its infancy,with many problems such as imperfect logistics and distribution system and inconvenient location.Among them,the choice of logistics nodes is an important factor restricting the development of rural e-commerce.Therefore,it is necessary to promote the logistics mode of centralized location selection,joint construction of storage and distribution by all logistics enterprises to promote the development of rural e-commerce.The integration of rural logistics storage and distribution resources can be promoted through computer simulation of logistics distribution.This paper studies the location of rural express delivery,evaluates the location of rural logistics nodes of rural express delivery based on the trade prediction method of PSO optimized hybrid RVM model,and constructs a new operation mode of rural express delivery according to relevant problems.
