基于WSR方法论——分析库存运输管理对变速箱产能的影响

Analysis on the Influence of Storage&Transport Management on the Gearbox Production Capacity——Based on WSR Methodology

随着国民生活水平的提高,家用轿车的需求量也越来越大,中国的汽车制造业得到了蓬勃发展。汽车制造业在面对诸多机遇的同时,许多挑战也随之而来。近些年来,中国家用汽车消费群体对汽车性能的要求越来越高。现在的家用汽车,不光得有耐用性、节油性,还得有很好的驾驶性能,所以大多数主机厂家都在不断提高发动机的性能。而作为变速箱供应商的邦奇自动变速箱有限公司,为了匹配日益提高的发动机性能,推出了自己的新产品——VT5变速箱,相较于老型号的变速箱,VT5能承受更大的扭矩且具有更宽泛的传动比。在新型号齿轮箱量产之后,因为存在供应商的原材料供应不足、运输管理不善等诸多问题,导致邦奇生产部门每天都面临着产能不足的风险。文章在WSR方法论的基础上,针对库存管理&运输管理两个方面,对南京邦奇公司VT5变速箱产能不足的问题进行分析并找到具体原因,最后给出相应的建议和对策。

With the improvement of the national living standard,the demand for family cars is also increasing,and China,s automobile manufacturing industry has developed vigorously.Facing many opportunities,the automobile manufacturing industry also faces many challenges.In recent years,China,s household automobile consumers have increasingly higher requirements for automobile performance.Nowadays,family cars not only have durability and fuel economy,but also have good driving performance,so most host manufacturers are constantly improving the performance of the engine.As a transmission supplier,Bangqi Automatic Transmission Co.,Ltd.has launched its own new product——VT5 transmission,in order to match the increasing engine performance.Compared with the old transmission,VT5 can withstand greater torque and has a wider transmission ratio.After the mass production of the new model of gearbox,the production department of Bangqi faces the risk of insufficient production capacity every day because of the shortage of raw materials supply and poor transportation management of the supplier.On the basis of WSR methodology,this paper analyzes the problem of insufficient capacity of VT5 gearbox in Nanjing Bangqi company from two aspects of inventory management and transportation management,and finds out the specific reasons.Finally,it gives corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
