摘要
文章从家用空调产业的供应链视角出发,根据企业流程体制的前端设计、中端生产和末端维护三个维度,共统计出9项影响家用空调销售量的因素,并依次划分为外部销售环境、内部硬性条件和自身软性实力三个层次;利用解释结构模型(Interpretative Structural Modeling,简称ISM)分析各影响因素之间的内在联系,推导出各因素之间的内生逻辑关系,以揭示空调销售影响因素间的作用机理;研究表明,技术研发是空调销售量的影响基础因素,而品牌和销售价格则是直接影响销售量的决定性因素,并提出相应改善建议,可为空调企业制定相应发展和应对策略提供可操作的理论依据。
From the perspective of the supply chain of the domestic air-conditioning industry,the paper makes a total of nine factors affecting the sales of household air-conditioning,and divides them into three levels:the external sales environment,the internal hard conditions and the soft power according to the three dimensions of the front-end design,middle-end production and end maintenance of the enterprise process system.Interpretive Structural Modeling(ISM) is used to analyze the internal relations among the influencing factors and deduce the endogenous logical relationship among the factors,so as to reveal the mechanism of action among the influencing factors of air conditioning sales.The research shows that technology R & D is the basic factor affecting the sales volume of air conditioners,while brand and sales price are the decisive factors directly affecting the sales volume.The corresponding improvement suggestions can provide an operable theoretical basis for air conditioning enterprises to formulate corresponding development and coping strategies.
