摘要
产品结构优化是企业生产组织和营销管理中的重要环节,尤其是多产品经营且存在内部供应关系的企业。文章在双碳目标和内部供应链的视角下构建了二级供应产品结构优化模型,以存在内部供应关系的电、铝产业为例,在尊重市场行情、产能、供需关系的前提下,科学合理地调整产品结构,以提高企业经营决策的科学性,从而实现最大利润目标。
Product structure optimization is an important link in the production organization and marketing management of enterprises,especially for enterprises with multi product operation and internal supply relations.From the perspective of double carbon goal and internal supply chain,the paper constructs a two-level supply product structure optimization model.Taking the electricity and aluminum industries with internal supply relations as an example,the paper scientifically and reasonably adjusts the product structure,on the premise of respecting the market situation,production capacity and supply-demand relationship.It aims to improve the scientificity of the enterprise,s business decision and achieve the goal of maximum profit.
