“一带一路”倡议下物流管理专业“专创融合”课程体系构建研究

Research on the Construction of the Curriculum System of “Integration of Specialty and Creativity” in Logistics Management Under the Belt and Road Initiative

在“一带一路”倡议下,地方高校需要培养专业知识精湛、创新素质高和创业能力凸显的高素质应用型物流人才,故基于“专创融合”教育理念,分析“一带一路”倡议下重庆地区物流人才所需专业素质以及创新创业素养的具体要求,设计“物流创新创业意识培养-物流创新创业基础知识与技能培养-物流创新创业综合素质提高”三阶段构成的专业、创新、创业交叉融合的课程体系。

Under the Belt and Road initiative,local colleges and universities need to cultivate high-quality applied logistics talents with exquisite professional knowledge,high innovation quality and prominent entrepreneurial ability.Therefore,based on the educational concept of integration of specialty and creativity,this paper analyzes the specific requirements of the professional quality and innovation and entrepreneurship quality required by logistics talents in Chongqing under the the Belt and Road initiative.At the same time,the paper designs a curriculum system composed of three stages,which are “logistics innovation and entrepreneurship awareness training-logistics innovation and entrepreneurship basic knowledge and skills training-logistics innovation and entrepreneurship comprehensive quality improvement”.
