摘要
在产教融合、校企合作、课证融通的大背景下,文章依托宁夏职业院校仓储配送实务课程开展教学改革研究,探讨以学生的职业能力持续成长的实施路径,确定基于物流管理“1+X”证书“能力本位”的课程定位。并引入了企业内训师制度,设计出“行动导向教学法”在课程中的应用模式,重塑了融合“企业业务、‘1+X’证书、教材教辅资源”的课程内容体系,构建了“做-学-做”的以学生自我学习为核心的教学方法。课程教学改革的探索与研究成果对于宁夏职业院校推进“1+X”证书的教学改革具有借鉴意义。
Under the background of integration of production and education,cooperation between schools and enterprises,and integration of courses and certificates,the paper carries out teaching reform research based on the warehousing and distribution practice courses of Ningxia vocational colleges,explores the implementation path of sustainable growth of students’ professional ability,and determines the curriculum orientation based on the “1 + X” certificate “Competence-based” in logistics management.It also introduces the enterprise internal trainer system,designs the application mode of “competence-based” in the curriculum,reshapes the curriculum content system integrating “enterprise business,‘1 + X’certificates,teaching materials and teaching auxiliary resources”,and builds a“do-learn-do”teaching method centering on students’ self-learning.The exploration and research results have reference significance for Ningxia vocational colleges to promote the teaching reform of “1 + X” certificate.
