体育用品制造企业数字化转型对经营绩效的影响及作用机制--基于沪深A股、新三板企业的实证研究 被引量:21

摘要 在数字经济时代体育产业高质量发展背景下,体育用品制造企业数字化转型是顺应新经济形态的重要特征,也是助力产业转型升级的重要趋势。以沪深A股、新三板上市(挂牌)体育用品制造企业为研究样本,在对企业年报采用文本挖掘技术测度企业数字化转型水平的基础上,实证检验体育用品制造企业数字化转型对经营绩效的影响及作用机制。研究结果表明:体育用品制造企业数字化转型通过提升运营效率和降低运营成本两条路径促进企业经营绩效;数字化转型对沪深A股企业、劳动密集型企业、资本技术密集型企业的经营绩效均具有促进作用。基于领军企业应发挥“行业灯塔”效应,企业应明确转型战略,把握科技平台赋能,政府应予以政策、环境支持等方面提出建议。 In the context of high-quality development of sports industry in the era of digital economy,digital transformation of sports goods manufacturing industry is an important feature of adapting to the new economic form and an important trend to promote industrial transformation and upgrading.Taking Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share and NeeQ listed sporting goods manufacturing enterprises as research samples,the influences and mechanism of sporting goods manufacturing enterprise’s digital transformation on business performance were studied on the basis of measuring the level of enterprise’s digital transformation with text mining technology in the annual report of enterprises.The results showed that the digital transformation of sporting goods manufacturing enterprises could promote business performance through improving operational efficiency and reducing operating costs.Digital transformation played a role in promoting the operating performance of A-share enterprises,labor-intensive enterprises and capital-technology-intensive enterprises in Shanghai and Shenzhen.Leading enterprises should yield the“industry beacon”effect.Enterprises should clarify transformation strategy and grasp technology platform empowerment.Government should provide policy and environmental support,etc.
