摘要
某项目C区4号楼南侧屋面层楼板为悬挑构件,悬挑结构由悬挑梁、次梁、封边梁及楼板组成,操作高度约为100 m且悬挑构件悬挑长度大。传统的悬挑模板架体施工难度大、危险系数高且施工过程费时费力。对此,项目采用悬挑钢操作台+悬挑钢模体系替换传统悬挑模板架体,成功解决了这一难题。
The roof slab on the south side of building No. 4 in Area C of the project is a cantilevered member. The cantilevered structure is composed of cantilevered beam, secondary beam, sealed edge beam and floor slab with an operating height of about 100 m. The cantilever length is super long, which the traditional cantilever formwork frame construction is difficulty, danger, time and effort consuming. Consequently, the cantilevered steel platform + cantilevered steel formwork system was used to replace the traditional cantilevered formwork frame in this project, which solved the problem successfully.
