基于集中度和圆形分布法的2001~2020年拉萨市某三甲医院肺结核住院患者季节性特征分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解拉萨市某三甲医院肺结核住院患者的季节性特征。方法运用描述性流行病学、集中度与圆形分布法对2001~2020年拉萨市某三级甲等医院肺结核住院患者的数据进行分析。结果2001~2020年,拉萨市某三甲医院肺结核住院患者共计8052例,男女比例为1.47:1,患者年龄主要集中在20~59岁。集中度结算结果M=0.424;圆形分布法计算结果显示,春、夏季住院确诊高峰日为6月30日,高峰期为5月5日至8月24日;秋、冬季住院确诊高峰日为12月28日,高峰期为11月2日至次年2月14日。结论三甲医院肺结核住院患者以男性居多,患者年龄主要集中在20~59岁,患者确诊时间呈现双峰分布,且多位于季节交替的时间节点,相关部门须在疾病高峰期来临之前做好防疫措施。 Objective To understand the seasonal distribution characteristics of inpatients with pulmonary tuberculosis in a tertiary hospital in Lhasa.Methods Descriptive epidemiology,concentration and circular distribution method were used to analyze the data of inpatients with pulmonary tuberculosis in a tertiary hospital in Lhasa from 2001 to 2020.Results From 2001 to 2020,there were a total of 8052 inpatients with pulmonary tuberculosis in a tertiary hospital in Lhasa,with a gender ratio of 1.47:1.The patients were mainly aged between 20 and 59 years old.Concentration settlement result M=0.424;the results of circular distribution method showed that the peak day of hospitalization in spring and summer was June 30,and the peak period was May 5 to August 24.The peak days of hospitalization in autumn and winter were December 28,and the peak period was November 2 to February 14 in last year.Conclusion The inpatients with pulmonary tuberculosis in a tertiary hospital were mostly male,and the patients were mainly between 20 and 59 years old.The admission time of patients presented a bimodal distribution,and most of them were located at the time node of the alternating seasons.Therefore,relevant departments should take preventive measures before the peak of the disease.
