乌鲁木齐市基层全科医生工作满意度现状及影响因素分析

Analysis of the status quoand influencing factors of job satisfaction of grassroots general practitioners in Urumqi

目的调查乌鲁木齐市基层全科医生工作满意度现状并分析影响因素,为制定基层全科医生工作满意度提升策略提供科学、有针对性的依据,同时也为其他地区的全科医生工作满意度建设提供借鉴。方法采用工作满意度量表结合基本人口学资料,对经多阶段抽样抽取的乌鲁木齐市13家社区卫生服务中心和3家乡镇卫生院的101例全科医生进行问卷调查。结果乌鲁木齐市基层全科医生总体工作满意度为(37.88±12.63)分,其中基层全科医生对收入的满意度最低,对居民的尊重和认可程度的满意度最高。单位类型、聘用方式和从业时间是基层全科医生工作满意度的影响因素。结论乌鲁木齐市基层全科医生总体工作满意度良好,应当提升全科医生整体收入水平,提升乡镇卫生院管理与团队建设水平,关注重点人群,从而促进总体工作满意度的进一步提高。

Objective To investigate the status quo of the job satisfaction of general practitioners at the grassroots level in Urumqi and analyze the impact,so as to provide a scientific and targeted basis for the formulation of job satisfaction improvement strategies for general practitioners at the grassroots level,and also for the work of general practitioners in other regions.Satisfaction construction provides reference.Methods Used the job satisfaction scale combined with basic demographic data,a questionnaire survey was conducted on a total of 101 practitioners from 13 community health service centers and 3 township health centers within the city of Urumqi through multi-stage sampling.Results A total of 101 general practitioners were included in the study.The overall job satisfaction score of grassroots general practitioners in Urumqi was(37.88±12.63)points.Satisfaction with income was the lowest,and satisfaction with respect and recognition of residents was the highest.Unit type,employment method and working time are the influencing factors of job satisfaction of general practitioners at the grassroots level.Conclusion The overall job satisfaction of general practitioners at the grassroots level in Urumqi is good.It is necessary to improve the overall income level of general practitioners,improve the management and team building level of township health centers,and focus on key groups,so as to further improve overall job satisfaction.
