Orem自护模式在养老机构冠心病老人护理实践中的应用

Application of Orem self-care model in nursing practice of elderly patients with coronary heart disease in nursing home

目的探讨Orem自护模式对养老机构中冠心病老年患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2020年9~12月入住广西重阳老年公寓的80例冠心病老年患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。观察组患者采用Orem自护模式实施护理,对照组患者采用养老机构标准护理模式实施护理,均干预3个月。比较两组患者干预前后的健康调查量表36评分和对护士护理工作的满意度。结果干预后3个月,观察组患者的生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),对护理工作的满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论Orem自护模式能够提高养老机构冠心病老年患者的生活质量及对护理工作的满意度,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore the influence of Orem self-care model on the quality of life of elderly patients with coronary heart disease in nursing home.Methods Eighty elderly patients with coronary heart disease who stayed in Guangxi Chongyang Elderly Residential Apartment from September to December,2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in observation group were treated with Orem self-care mode,while patients in control group were treated with standard nursing mode,all of which were intervened for 3 months.The scores of 36-item short form health survey and the satisfaction of nurses'nursing work were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results Three months after intervention,the scores of physiological function,physical function,body pain,general health,vitality,social function,emotional function,and mental health in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of nursing work was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Orem self-care model can improve the quality of life and satisfaction with nursing work of elderly patients with coronary heart disease in nursing homes,which is worthy of promotion and application.
