摘要
目的探讨脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者静息态功能磁共振(rs-fMRI)皮层分析低频振幅(ALFF)和功能连接(FC)的变化。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月嘉兴市第二医院康复医学中心收治的脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者14例和健康志愿者13名进行rs-fMRI检查,对两组的ALFF和FC数据进行分析。结果脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者的右侧顶下小叶ALFF较健康志愿者减弱。脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者脑区之间的FC降低,FC降低主要位于左侧枕叶、颞叶及右侧颞叶、顶叶。结论脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者的右侧顶下小叶兴奋性减低,且脑区之间的FC降低。
Objective To investigate the alteration of amplitude of low-frequency fluctuations(ALFF)and functional connectivity(FC)on resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging(rs-fMRI)in stroke patients with dysphagia.Methods Fourteen stroke patients with dysphagia admitted in the Rehabilitation Medical Center of the Second Hospital of Jiaxing from January 2020 to January 2022,and 13 healthy subjects were enrolled in the study.All subjects underwent rs-fMRI examination,the ALFF and FC were analyzed and compared between patients and normal subjects.Results ALFF in the right inferior parietal lobule of stroke patients was weaker than that of healthy subjects.FC decreased between brain regions in stroke patients.FC decreased mainly in left occipital lobe,temporal lobe and right temporal lobe and parietal lobe.Conclusion The excitability of the right inferior parietal lobule is decreased,and the FC between brain regions is also reduced in stroke patients with dysphagiain.
