Characteristics of the Strategic Plan of Medical Library of University of Cambridge and Its Enlightenment to Libraries of Medical Schools in China

以《剑桥大学医学图书馆战略规划:2018-2021》为研究对象,针对其愿景、使命、目标、措施、评估和风险等内容进行梳理和解构,分析其编制特色和内容特色,归纳出其在以用户需求为导向的基础上,发展趋势表现在加强数字化馆藏建设、致力于提高资源的可获取性、改善基础设施建设、加强与外部机构的合作等方面。解析剑桥大学医学图书馆战略规划,可为我国医学院校图书馆“十四五”战略规划的制订提供参考和借鉴。

This paper analyzes the vision,mission,objectives,measurements,assessment and risk factors in Cambridge University Library Medical Library Strategy and Objectives:2018-2021,in which users’ requirements are the top consideration,and efforts to strengthen the construction of digital collections,enhance availability and accessibility of the information resources,optimize the environment for research &study,develop partnerships and collaboration,and ensure support from high quality staff are made in the development of the library,aiming to provide reference for the formulating of the 14th Five-Year Plan for libraries of medical schools in China.
