摘要
构建嵌入式馆员胜任力模型,对进一步推动图书馆学科服务转型、提高服务质量具有重要意义。在回顾相关文献和相关理论的基础上,运用文献内容分析及岗位职责分析法提取嵌入式馆员胜任力要素,并通过专家咨询进行修正完善,基于胜任力冰山模型理论构建胜任力模型。该模型由跨界协同能力、嵌入基础素养、嵌入个人特质、嵌入辅助能力、嵌入用户能力和嵌入内驱力六个维度构成,包含30个胜任力要素。并探讨了该模型在嵌入式馆员选拔、培训、考核等领域的应用。
The construction of competency model of embedded librarians is of great significance to furtherpromote the transformation of library subject service and improve the service quality.On the basis of reviewing the relevant literature and theories,this paper uses the method of literature content analysis and post responsibility analysis to extract the competency elements of embedded librarians,which is also modified by experts,and constructs the competency model based on the iceberg theory.The competency model contains 30 competency elements and is consist of six aspects:embedded collaborative ability,embedded basic literacy,embedded personal characteristics,embedded auxiliary ability,embedded user ability and embedded internal drive.It also discusses the applications of the model in the fields of embedded librarians selection,training and assessment.
