摘要 以郑州航空港冀州路基坑支护工程为依托,提出一种富水砂层预应力锚索施工防塌孔辅助注浆方法,采取后退式分段注浆工艺,向砂层中的锚孔影响区注射化学浆液,利用浆液的渗透胶结作用,提升砂层的抗渗性能和稳定性。采用该技术有效解决了富水砂层锚孔施工涌水涌砂问题,提升了锚索施工质量,具有施工快捷、安全环保、成本低等特点。 Based on the foundation pit support project of Jizhou Road in Zhengzhou Airport, a method of auxiliary grouting for anti-collapse hole of prestressed anchor cable construction in water-rich sand layer is proposed. It adopts the backward segmented grouting process, injects chemical slurry into the influence area of anchor hole in the sand layer, and uses the permeability cementation of slurry to improve the permeability resistance and stability of sand layer. The technology effectively solves the problem of water gushing and sand gushing in the construction of anchor hole in water-rich sand layer, and improves the construction quality of anchor cable,. It has the characteristics of fast construction, safety and environmental protection, low cost.
