磨煤机动态分离器转子叶片裂纹分析

摘要 某电厂动态分离器运行一段时间后转子叶片出现裂纹。通过分析转子叶片材料的焊接性能及焊接工艺,并根据裂纹的特点,判断出叶片上的裂纹属于焊接冷裂纹。给出此类叶片材料焊接冷裂纹的预防措施,从而保证转子叶片焊接的可靠性,确保动态分离器的安全稳定运行。 Cracks appeared on the rotor blades of the dynamic classifier in a power plant after it operated for a period of time. By analyzing the welding performance and welding process of rotor blade material, and according to the characteristics of cracks, it is judged that the cracks on the blade belong to welding cold cracks. The preventive measures for welding cold cracks of this kind of blade material are given, so as to ensure the reliability of rotor blade welding and ensure the safe and stable operation of dynamic classifier.
