基于BP神经网络的高校国家重点实验室科技创新绩效影响因素研究

摘要 高校国家重点实验室是高校科技创新的重要载体,科技创新绩效的高低对于高校国家重点实验室而言意义深远。科学技术的迅猛发展以及国家创新体系的建设要求对高校国家重点实验室科技创新绩效的影响因素进行深入研究。通过搭建BP神经网络模型,由网络权值计算分析得到各影响因素对高校国家重点实验室的贡献大小。实证研究结果表明,人才保障与队伍建设、经费投入与使用、学术交流等因素对高校国家重点实验室科技创新绩效的提升有明显影响。 State key laboratory of universities is an important carrier of scientific and technological innovation in universities.The performance of scientific and technological innovation in state key laboratory of universities is of profound significance.The rapid development of science and technology and the construction of national innovation system require in-depth research on the influencing factors of innovation performance of state key laboratories in universities.Based on the BP neural network model,the contribution of each influencing factor to the state key laboratory of universities and colleges is obtained by the network weight calculation and analysis.The empirical results show that the factors such as talent guarantee and team building,investment and use of funds,and academic exchange have obvious influence on the improvement of S&T innovation performance of state key laboratories in universities and colleges.
