数字技术融合、战略变革与资源型企业绩效研究

Research on Digital Technology Convergence,Strategic Change and Resource-based Enterprise Performance

现有研究多数绕过战略来考察数字技术如何影响企业行为,将战略变革视作“黑箱”。资源型企业作为我国典型的传统企业,在新时代、新技术背景下,受资源环境约束、科技创新能力不足及组织惯例等典型性问题的影响,企业发展速度逐渐放缓。企业能否引入数字技术,成功实施战略变革,提升绩效是影响其生产和发展的关键所在。通过对2015-2019年51家沪深A股资源型上市公司进行实证分析,结论显示:数字技术在企业的融合并非一蹴而就。短期内对数字技术的大量投入造成成本上升绩效下滑,战略变革的调节作用显著抑制了数字技术融合对企业短期绩效的负向影响,长期效果不显著。但这并不意味着资源型企业放弃对数字化转型的追求,从长期检验的角度,企业绩效有明显的提升,关键在于如何运用有效的、适宜于资源型企业的工具与方法。据此给出相关的政策建议。

Most existing researches bypass strategy to examine how digital technology affects corporate behavior,and regard strategic change as a"black box."Under the background of New Era and new technology,resource-based enterprise,as a typical traditional enterprise in our country,is afected by the typical problems such as the restriction of Resource and environment,the insufficiency of science and Technology Innovation Ability and the organization convention,the Development Speed of enterprise gradually slows down.Whether an enterprise can introduce digital technology,successfully implement strategic change,and improve its performance is the key to affect its production and development.Through the empirical analysis of 51 listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen a stock market from 2015 to 2019,the conclusion shows that the integration of digital technology in enterprises is not a-chieved overnight.The large investment in digital technology in the short term results in cost increase and performance deeline,and the adjustment of strategic change significantly restrains the negative effect of digital technology integration on shortterm performance.But this does not mean that resource-based enterprises give up the pursuit of digital transformation,from the perspective of long-term test,enterprise performance has improved significantly,the key lies in how to use efeetive,suitable for resource-based enterprises tools and methods.Based on this,the relevant policy recommendations are given.
