Smart Specialisation and Enterprise Innovation Development--Interpretation of Strategy Management of 20 OECD Research Reports in Recent Years

智慧专业化与企业创新发展是OECD密切关注的重要战略议题。但国内尚未重视智慧专业化对企业创新发展的作用,相关领域的研究十分匮乏。以此为背景对近年来OECD发布的20份研究报告进行研究,通过战略管理解读方式,探析智慧专业化与企业创新发展的关系。研究发现,智慧专业化引导企业寻求利基市场和塑造核心竞争力;智慧专业化强化企业的集聚效应与合作效应;智慧专业化推动企业向价值链上游转移和提高专业化水平;智慧专业化为企业战略管理提供专用工具。

Smart specialisation and enterprise innovation development is an important strategic issue that the OECD pays close attention to.However,the role of smart specialization in the innovation and development of enterprises has not been emphasized in China,and research in related fields is very scarce.Based on this background,we have conducted research on 20 research reports released by OECD in recent years,and analyzed smart specialisation and enterprise innovation development through the interpretation of strategy management.It is found that smart specialisation guides enterprises to seek niche markets and shape the core competitiveness;smart specialisation strengthens the agglomeration and cooperation effects of enterprises;smart specialisation promotes the transfer of enterprises to the upstream of the value chain and improves the level of specialisation;smart specialisation provides special tools for enterprise strategy management.
