高职院校涉农专业创业教育存在的问题和对策--以湖南生物机电职业技术学院为例

Analysis of the Problems and Countermeasures in Entrepreneurship Education of Agriculture-related Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges——A Case Study of Hunan Biological Electromechanical Vocational and Technical College

高职涉农学生是推进创新创业教育、积极响应国家号召服务“三农”的主力军。而当前高职学院创业教育存在着课程设置不合理、培养模式单一、教育体系不完善和实践教育跟不上等问题。文章在分析问题及原因的基础上,探索出如何把专业教育作为核心课程,如何将第一课堂和第二课堂作为教学的主阵地,从而逐步建设适合涉农高职特色的创新创业教育体系。

Mass entrepreneurship and innovation education has been developing rapidly in recent years.The government has issued supportive policies and universities,enterprises and the market have given a lot of support.Agricultural students in higher vocational colleges are the main force to promote innovation and entrepreneurship education and actively respond to the national call to serve agriculture,rural areas and farmers.However,there are some problems in their entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,such as unreasonable curriculum setting,single training mode,imperfect education system and lagging practice education.In order to enhance students'self-confidence,this paper,taking agricultural higher vocational education as an example,analyzes the shortcomings of entrepreneurship education,causes of formation and implementation countermeasures,and explores how to take professional education as the core curriculum.How to take the first classroom and the second classroom as the main position of teaching,so as to gradually build an innovation and entrepreneurship education system suitable for the characteristics of higher vocational education related to agriculture.
