高职学生“两端一过程”分类培养分层教学探究--以襄阳职业技术学院旅游管理专业为例

摘要 从高职生源多元化和岗位需求日益细化、个性化的现状出发,以满足学生、家长、企业和社会发展需求为目标,对学生进行合理分类。从教学目标的科学设计、教学资源的有效整合、课程体系的科学构建、学分银行的灵活落实、合理评价体系的建立等方面探究“两端一过程”的分类培养分层教学路径的实施,从而提升人才培养质量。 Starting from the current situation of diversification of higher vocational students,increasingly detailed and personalized job requirements,and aiming at meeting the needs of students,parents,enterprises and social development,students are reasonably classified from the scientific design of teaching objectives,effective integration of teaching resources,scientific construction of curriculum system,flexible implementation of credit bank,the establishment of a reasonable evaluation system and other aspects explore the implementation of the classified training and layered teaching path of"two ends and one process",so as to improve the quality of talent training and make higher vocational education with parents'and students'satisfaction and social needs.
