摘要 学前融合教育师资的建设关系着融合教育的发展,是影响融合教育发展的重要因素。文章主要针对学前融合教育师资建设的现状,如发展缓慢,职前课程培养体系不完善,缺乏统一的培养人才标准;在职幼儿园教师的融合素养不高,对融合教育缺乏认识,以及学前融合教育的支持体系不完善等现状,提出整合融合教育人才培养课程,建立特色的人才培养标准体系;重视学前融合教育教师职后培训,提高幼儿园教师的认识与职业素养,以及完善学前融合教育支持体系等思考。 The construction of preschool integrated education teachers is crucial to the development of integrated education,and it is an important factor affecting the development of integrated education.Considering the current situation of preschool integrated education teachers,such as the slow development,the imperfect curriculum training system,the lack of unified talent training system,the low integration literacy of in-service kindergarten teachers etc.,the paper suggests integrating the talent training curriculum,establishing a characteristic talent training standard system,emphasizing the post-job training of preschool integrated education teachers,improving the understanding and professional quality of kindergarten teachers and the preschool integrated education support system.
