摘要 大型轮轨式天线方位座架是整个结构非常重要的部分,在结构布局合理且满足设计要求的前提下,尽可能轻量化以节约成本。文中利用ANSYS参数化设计语言将原始天线方位座架结构的三维模型转化为有限元模型,进行结构静力学分析。根据计算结果,建立大型轮轨式天线方位座架优化函数,利用ANSYS优化设计模块,对天线方位座架结构进行优化,寻求设计最优解。最终在满足应力、变形以及约束条件要求下,获得轻质量的天线方位座架结构。通过此次优化设计,实现了该天线方位座架轻量化设计,在其应力水平相当的情况下,质量减轻了5%,Z向最大变形减小了15%。文中的设计思路和方法可为实际工程应用提供有益参考和宝贵经验。 The large wheel rail antenna azimuth pedestal is a very important part of the whole structure.On the premise of reasonable structural layout and meeting the design requirements,the weight of the pedestal should be as light as possible to reduce the cost.In this paper the three-dimension model of the original antenna azimuth pedestal structure is transformed into a finite element model by using ANSYS parametric design language for static analysis.According to the calculation results,the optimization function of large wheel rail antenna azimuth pedestal is established and the antenna azimuth pedestal structure is optimized by using ANSYS optimization design module to find the optimal design solution.Finally,the lightweight antenna azimuth pedestal structure is obtained which meets the requirements of stress,deformation and constraints.Through this optimization design,the lightweight design of the modified antenna azimuth pedestal is realized.Under the condition of equal stress level,the weight is reduced by 5%and the maximum deformation in Z direction is reduced by 15%.The design ideas and methods used in this paper can provide beneficial reference and valuable experience for practical engineering.
