铅胁迫对不同基因型烟草铅吸收、运转及积累的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以10个不同基因型烟草品种为试材,通过盆栽方式,研究铅胁迫下不同基因型烟草的铅吸收、运转及积累特性,以筛选出铅低集聚型烟草用于烤烟的安全生产及铅高富集型烟草用于铅污染土壤的改良。结果表明:随着外源铅浓度的增加,烟草铅含量表现为上升趋势,不同浓度铅胁迫下不同基因型烟草的生物量、铅含量、铅积累量、耐性指数、转运系数存在显著差异。在0、500、1000 mg·kg^(-1)铅浓度胁迫下烟草品种K326(G10)叶片铅含量比云烟87(G3)分别高33%、61%、104%,比LY1306(G7)分别高33%、43%、50%;G7根系铅含量比G3分别高84%、109%、220%,比G10分别高21%、18%、167%;G7整株平均铅含量比G3分别高100%、93%、153%,较G10分别高2%、17%、61%。综上,云烟87可用于烟草安全生产,K326可用于铅污染土壤的修复,LY1306由于转运系数显著低于其他基因型烟草,因此叶片铅含量较低,可用于烟草安全生产和铅污染土壤的修复。 In this experiment,ten different genotypes of tobacco were used as test materials to study the characteristics of lead absorption,translocation and accumulation under lead stress through pot cultivation,in order to screen out the lead low⁃enriched tobacco for safe production of flue⁃cured tobacco and lead high⁃en⁃riched tobacco for improvement of lead⁃contaminated soil.The results showed that with the increase of exoge⁃nous lead concentration,the lead content in tobacco showed an upward trend,and the biomass,lead content,lead accumulation,tolerance index and transport coefficient of different genotypes of tobacco were significant different under different concentrations of lead stress.Under the treatments of 0,500,1000 mg·kg^(-1) lead,the leaf lead content of tobacco variety K326(G10)was 33%,61%and 104%higher than that of Yunyan 87(G3),and 33%,43%and 50%higher than LY1306(G7).Root lead content in G7 was 84%,109%and 220%higher than that in G3,and 21%,18%and 167%higher than that in G10.The average whole plant lead content of G7 was 100%,93%and 153%higher than that of G3,and 2%,17%and 61%higher than that of G10.In conclusion,Yunyan 87 could be used for safe production of tobacco,K326 could be used for remediation of lead⁃contaminated soil,and LY1306 could be used for both safe production of tobacco and re⁃mediation of lead⁃contaminated soil as it had lower leaf lead content because of its transport coefficient signifi⁃cantly lower compared with other tobacco genotypes.
