丹参根腐病病原菌的分离、鉴定及防控药剂筛选 被引量:6

摘要 本试验对分离自山东省蒙阴县连城镇对山庄村的丹参根腐病病原菌进行形态学、分子生物学鉴定和致病性测定,确定其病原菌为木贼镰刀菌(Fusarium equiseti)和尖孢镰刀菌(F.oxysporum)。对生产上常用的5种药剂(吡唑醚菌酯、嘧菌酯、丙环唑、苯醚甲环唑、枯草原粉)进行室内药剂筛选和盆栽药效筛选试验,结果表明,浓度为600 mg/L的10%苯醚甲环唑药剂防治效果为88.99%,3000 mg/L的40%丙环唑药剂防治效果为91.96%,对丹参根腐病的防治效果良好。本研究可为丹参根腐病的防治提供理论依据,可考虑在田间生产中进行推广。 In this paper,the pathogens causing root rot of Salvia miltiorrhiza were identified as Fusarium equiseti and F.oxysporum by morphological identification,molecular biological identification and pathogenicity determination from Duishanzhuang Village,Liancheng Town,Mengyin County,Shandong Province.Laborato⁃ry screening and pot screening tests were carried out with five commonly used agents in production(pyra⁃clostrobin,azoxystrobin,propiconazole,difenoconazole and Bacillus subtilis raw powder).The results showed that the control effect of 10%difenoconazole at 600 mg/L was 88.99%,and the control effect of 40%propi⁃conazole at 3000 mg/L was 91.96%,which had better control effect on S.miltiorrhiza root rot and could ef⁃fectively inhibit the growth of pathogens.This study could provide a theoretical basis for the control of S.milti⁃orrhiza root rot,which could be considered for promotion in field production.
